Very unprofessional management staff. The way they handle customers is poor and frustrating. If this is their standard, don’t go to work at all la.

The cashier of chubby Malay lady very very rude . She try to promote those offer products with her shouting voice & mix language. When I asking her again she like shouting at me . Super rude very big size women
Management staff was so rude and be unprofessional, disrespectful and snobbish like they own the business. Need to learn about corporate ethics more
No accountability at all!! Staff can claim that they give me the receipt but later found out they did not. No apologies whatsoever. I just paid at around 9:39 pm and at 9:50 pm they cant even extend courtesy to re-print and need to check CCTV. Stupid reasoning of staff at that timing.
