I’ve visited this Watsons outlet on three different occasions and at different times. During all of the three visits, I noticed one staff member named A****h who was stationed at the self-checkout counter. What stood out to me was that she consistently appeared unhappy to be working there. Even if she naturally has a neutral or “resting face,” her demeanor came across as unfriendly and disengaged which isn’t ideal for someone positioned at the front line. Miss Fathi Made my day 😁 I was approach her for help she was assist me immediately and explain benefits of products which made my choice better...She also encourage me to buy promotion stuffs which is save more.. She made a very good customer service and very approachable..
1st floor staff directed me here to reload touch n go, staff refused claim server down. Ask to go to elsewhere but Lotus, Caring, Guardian and KK mart all refused to help reload TNG. Got stuck in mall for 30 mins already.
