Went to this watsons outlet at 8:30pm on 16th Sept. A customer assistant was ‘assisting’ us at the cashier but her attitude was insufferable. She made faces when we refused to buy the pwp products and continued to offensively answer our questions about a voucher without making proper eye contact and dismissive. On top of that she was chewing candy?? while attending customer? and made it so obvious that she is doing so? what is this attitude?? Had an unpleasant experience with rude cashier at Watson Kota Bahru named Putri Anis. Coercing customers to purchase the products at the back and when refused, she made a filthy remarks - “rm5 pun taknak beli ke?”. Kindly improve your service and train the staff to provide better customer experience.
