I am writing to express my disappointment with the service at your Komtar JB outlet. I had just purchased items from Guardian before entering your store. Upon entering, the alarm beeped, and your staff immediately asked to check my bag. While I understand security procedures are important, the way your staff handled the situation was very rude and accusatory. Staff perempuan yg pregnant very rude..kalau rasa taknk keje elok kau duduk rumah je kot..that preg women berbual dengan sorg staff yg freehair then i dtg laa tnya die about the product die just jawab “kita ade product yang situ je 😒” sambil buat muka ye..padahal i elok” kot..bukan sekali dah 2kali kuaja gile..
