Just now, at 8:30pm 22/1, I was about to pay the bill when the employee asked if I needed a PWP. I said no and the employee's face and attitude changed drastically. She even threw something in front of me. This employee was a Malay female staff, short and kecil and white. Is this the attitude of Watson's employees now?
