After being a loyal customer of this branch for 6 years, I am deeply disappointed by the appalling lack of professionalism I experienced today. The cashier was aggressive from the start she slammed the register and cursed "BODOH" loudly before even completing my transaction. When I politely declined the promotional items she was offering, her attitude worsened and she began slamming the items (hentak barang) on the counter.
