There are three counter cashier. Only one cashier dealing with customer when I am queuing for paying and there was placing a board which mention closed ,please go to another cashier for make payment. I waited too long but the cashier didn't notice me and still chatting with customer. Tak layak dapat 1 star pun, service tak okay, orang bayar cash pun dia selalu cakap tak de duit kecil, so buat lah cashless.

pls educate your staff, i went there at 4:15 smt to bought some of my skincare there and theres this one of your staff wearing black tshirt and spec just looking at us holding the watson basket wondering around the store not sure weather asking us to have the basket when my hands are full? just because i wear simple outfit want to jugde me lah? taknak tegur terus? after so long in the store i wanted to pick the basket on my own then she comes to ask weather i need a basket or not? funny. educated your new staff pls
