I spent over 200 Ringgit and Watson, Intermark Mall, cannot even provide a paper bag. Items bought had to be carted away in dribs and drabs, spilling all over my hands. Watson, be ashamed. Not everything is about maximising the bottom line. As a customer over 35 years I mean to take my business elsewhere if you continue to be mean over providing paltry paper bag.

Staff watson nama " dini " ni memang kurang ajar betul! Dah tanya elok2 dia jawab macam kita punya hutang die jer! Kalau tak nak kehe baik resign lah mana2 watson kita pegi semua elok baik je layanan. Tak macam watson sini. Korang punya gaji tu drpd costumer so perangai dini kalau boleh buang jauh sikit.
