staff pmpuan dr sarawak, sebok bercerita kat kaunter. no customer service. no offer watson bag walaupun tangan customer dah full and masa kira barang tak masukkan semua barang yg customer beli. you should train your staff better especially at counter / doing cashiering. other watson do it so well while your outlet like kedai runcit tepi jalan because of this outlet staff. please improve!

Bad service. pukul 11 pagi pon takde petty cash ea. baki kena dipulangkan rm20 sharp2 je pon. Lain kali letak je papan tanda cashless kat kaunter cashier. Staff pon boleh tahan rude. Keje kat bahagian customer service tak boleh buat muka period pain ye. Be professional
