First time customer, saw the guys in the front office, project was to make a gate, they managed to draw me up a quick sketch and calculate what I needed, material was cut to size and a BIG fella loaded it onto the roof of my car like it was a couple of match sticks. Had a great experience! Easy to deal with, excellent service, same day delivery. Did in half a day that Bunning couldn't do in 3 days. Is now our go to for timber!
Promise delivery dates and can't deliver. Staff can't even call back to update on progress, have to go and see them yourself. Make you cop the cost for their mistakes. Won't be going back
