Not gonna lie, the store itself is location wise and convenince. But, the staff's attitude ruined the branch's reputation. Majority of the negative comments here are regarding their staffs and I experienced it myself. @Watsons please improve customer service for this branch. I have lodged a complain. Hopefully actions are taken.

Staff wearing spectacles with her hair tied. She was rude the way she gave the receipt to me. Tore the receipt and looked away to her colleague WHILE handing me the receipt. Very biadap and no manners.
