A terrible shopping experience. Goods was piled up in the aisles, making it difficult to move. There were very few customers. The staff were inexperienced, curt, and inflexible. I've never encountered this situation in any other branch.

Worst customer service by the cashier and even store manager! Gave wrong information on touch n go point redemption by cashier resulted cash back not reflected in transaction. Requested the store manager to void the credit card transaction and she rejected to do so with angry face. She even blamed the customer should know the procedure in redeeming the point! No more next visit to this store if Watson never improve the service given.
