Worst watsons branch I‘ve ever went to. How can I even get to find the product that I want if there were like 2 groups of employees just chitchatting while blocking people’s way?? One at the entrance (3 people) and another inside (2/3 people). I tried to get to the shelves near the entrance but had to EXCUSE myself into the way because the employees wouldn’t budge DESPITE one/two of them had already seen me. Eh tak paham dgn customer service dia, sorang tu bila kita tanya ditolak nya suruh tgok barang dekt manusia yg ramai. Sibuk sangat nak menyembang dengan member. Padahal sama je produk nya. Satu lagi ddk menekan nekan ambil bakul, kita dgn anak kecik nya, ingt nk pusing pusing ke. Memang dah tau nak apa. Teruk.

Cashier name Fatin a bit unprofessional. I didn’t hear she was asking my phone number sbb nak key in membership. I cakap la “bayar pakai card” as I said earlier I didn’t hear what she actually asked. Then this staff pandang I with muka pissed off dia sbb I jawab lain. I cakap “apa dia?”. She answered coldly, “number phone”. I proceed gave my number and yes she even didn’t say anything not even thank you with muka cold face tu. Hmm please changed your style dalam melayan cust ya
