if your product is defect you have to write off the product and provide replacement instead of telling your customer you can’t exchange it due to “unable to resell to customer no2 , bc the plastic is opened ” watsonsmy what training are you providing to your staff especially Nurul Farah on shift 9PM (27/7/2026) for product replacements? walking off while i’m speaking to you , what a great customer representative you are .
