On several occasions, I noticed that the price displayed on the shelf was different from the price charged at the cashier. Although the staff refunded the difference by cash immediately after I pointed out the discrepancy, I am concerned that many customers may not realize they have been overcharged. Your patience and resourcefulness to get my mobile app in place and allowing my entire year membership points used accordingly. I wasn’t able to get this settle in another Watson outlet I frequent much. Individual made the difference. And company is rated with max stars by having great employee (stakeholder) like you, Dhiya. Had a pleasant experience at Watson's Cittamall particularly with Intan and Amyra. They were patient and friendly while being as helpful as possible. Took up their time sorting some stuff at the cashier yet they were still polite and understanding :) Would not hesitate to do my shopping for hair and skin products there anytime!
