Poor customer service I recently placed a large chocolate order. (I have been a faithful customer for about 20 years.) One item was not what I ordered. It was intended as a gift, so I was especially disappointed to not receive a response from customer service or Watson's VP Mr. Beecher. Fowlers will be receiving my business for the next 20 years.
Love Watson's Chocolate! The sponge is superb, the staff are great and all their quality chocolate makes my mouth water. A joy in life is a bite of Watson's chocolate. Every year when I return from Alaska to Buffalo the first thing I do is stop by, get about ten boxes to bring back to Juneau for my pals who crave sponge here in Alaska. Love Watson's! PS They do great wrapping and have friendly service all the time!
Family tradition Ah... a family tradition. For many, many years, every Easter, thanksgiving and Christmas has been shared with Watson's Sponge Candy. We always get the mix of light and dark to satisfy everyones fancy. The other candy is really good as well, but highly recommended is the sponge candy...hmmm...simply delicious and irresistible at times!!!
DON'T GO!! Got there at 8:45 pm with 4 kids my wife. They close at 9:00pm supposedly. We were made to feel like we were an inconvenience. Other customers arriving shortly after us just left. Plus the prices are WAY over the norm for similar products!!!
