Very disappointing experience at Watsons. Staff (Intan) rudely rejected my cash payment, saying cash was not accepted — yet there was no notice at the counter informing customers of this. It’s unreasonable for a large retail chain to refuse cash due to lack of small change and make it the customer’s problem. During checkout, she also failed to ask for my membership details. I had to remind her before she keyed it in. Poor attitude and unprofessional service. Definitely needs improvement.

Okay seriously i nak tergelak tgk average ratings Watsons ni sebab i thought that I am the only one rasa annoyed bila masuk watsons sini. Puncanya bila nak beli wet tissue je pun. Then tiba² masa nak bayar, i ditanya secara tiba² mcm kena sergah "ni nak bayar pakai apa?" i cakap nak bayar pakai card, terus dia ckp "kad² tak boleh, sistem offline!" i macam like seriously? i tanya lagi "QR?" dia jawab "sistem kita offline!" Eh apa gelabahnya kau ni..cakap baik² tak boleh ke? Takkan sistem offline kau dah panik nak tinggi suara... read more
