Used their wrecker service at the suggestion of the sheriff's officer. We did not use them for repairs because we already have a relationship with a different shop. The towing price was absolutely outrageous. When the vehicle was dropped off the tow driver told the body shop they had no idea who owned the vehicle. Thankfully we had called the body shop and told them to expect delivery. Watson's had all of our information but was mad because we didn't use them for repairs. Terrible experience!!!! First off driver of tow truck doesn’t know what he’s doing !!” But he’s been doing this for 30 years” !! Lady in office is rude !! We understand you’re miserable running a failing business, but you shouldn’t take it out on your customers! We are taking it to Moseley’s !!! If you’re reading this review stay clear of this place !!! Wouldn’t let me pay my bill through phone or online locked up my truck had to have another service tow it because they wouldn’t!! Trashy people trashy shop stay clear !!!!
