Do NOT mistake this place as some tourist trap! Serious, serious BBQ. Ribs, brisket, sausage all tender and juicy. Well balanced sauce served on the side. Potato salad delicious. Excellent beans. And save room for dessert a la mode. Watson's is a must.

Food was amazing,.absolutely LOVE to support small local businesses when we travel, and this gem was worth the find! Bonus it a farm store. Must try.
We stopped in on a road-trip to Colorado. The food was amazing and the staff and owners were very friendly! We would recommend 10/10! We had a brisket stuffed potato, Mac & cheese, green chile apple pie and cookies!
