Walked in the door and they were super friendly and quick to grab my info. Thought I had a severe transmission problem going on and gave them a budget well above what I ended up needing. Told them I wasn’t in a rush either. They still had it back on the road in a week for 1/8 of the budget I gave them because they didn’t hit me with anything I didn’t need and kept the crappy Chevy Cruze going another month. 10/10 would recommend
Watsons has worked on a few of our vehicles at different times of need, and every single time been excellent. Our family is as busy as anybody's, and they always handle our vehicle issues efficiently, and with care. My uncle was my mechanic for years until retirement, we use Watson's now.
Daryl and his staff are professional , personal, and honest. They were upfront, helpful, and easy to work with. Great experience — I’ll definitely be back!
