Amazing customer service by Store Manager Mazrien 👏 she helped me with my loss card and get the app membership so my points are not wasted ! So patient and friendly honestly this is the first time a staff in Watson is so welcoming and willing to assist me with this . Wish I stay near here so I could just come to this Watson .

Appalling attitude of the lady cashier on duty on 8 July 2025 at 7.40pm. Refused to sell me 10xrm100 reload pins for my workers. Showed a sour face. Sent me to Caring. They were happy to oblige me.
