Very bad service from the cashier named Anis. I wanted to pay cash, but she said they had no coins in an unfriendly tone. Big shop like this should not have this issue. When I tried to pay by card or QR, the machine was also not working.
Ramah tu bagus, tapi kalau customer dah tolak pun masih push, itu bukan friendly—itu desperate. Respect keputusan orang sikit.
Pendekatan jualan staf yang menjaga produk ALIA, saya ulang, staf produk ALIA terlalu agresif dan memaksa, tidak memberi pelanggan ruang untuk memilih produk sendiri. Walaupun telah jelas ditolak, staf terus mendesak tanpa menghormati keputusan pelanggan. Servis sangat tidak memuaskan dan jahil.
