I would like to share my recent experience. After purchasing an eyeshadow palette, I asked if the staff could help open the box so I could check for any damage, as I live quite far away. The staff member informed me that there were no scissors available and did not offer any further assistance. I felt quite disappointed and uncomfortable, as the situation was not handled in a helpful or respectful manner. I have been a regular Watsons customer for years and have always had positive experiences, so this was quite unexpected.
The Indian pharmacist on duty on 18 Dec 2025 had an attitude. Asked for a particular medicine, just said don't have and walked away to look at the computer. Never bother to ask if u need another brand or so. Wanted to ask if have another type, she replied in rudely 'I told you don't have'. I walked to Guardian nearby and the pharmacist there was so helpful. What a difference!!
