I understand it’s Ramadan and I respect that. But as a cashier, greeting customers and handing them their items properly is part of the job. After I paid, my items were placed quite far away and I had to take them myself. I hope you can do it properly next time.

I thought I’d be able to get a refund or exchange, but they refused, claiming the 7-day policy had passed. 😶 I bought this mini karaoke set as a PWP for less than RM39. When I tested it at home late on the night of purchase, I realized the volume button was faulty. 😞 However, I couldn't return to the store the next day because I had to head out of town and only able to return after a week.

Although the Watsons here isn't very big, the staff are all very friendly. You can basically find the thing you need here. If you’re shopping at Aeon, feel free to come in and have a look. 虽然这里的watson不大间，可这里的店员都很友善，基本要找到东西都能在这里看到。来Aeon逛不妨进来看看。
