i bought an item, then the cashier asked "do you have a membership" then I said "yes". the staff scanned the price of the item then I paid and suddenly I said "didn't you include the membership?" then she pretended not to know and after I said that, she didn't include the membership at all. again, when I entered watsons, there is not a single staff member who wants to serve customers and customers have to find someone at the counter themselves .

Cashier tak bertanya ade member ke pastu kata kejap ehh pastu bila dah bayar cash dah cakap saya ada member then dia kata lupa padahal dah cakap saya ada member boleh kata lupa nak masukkan

Wahai cashier perempuan yg jaga kaunter kanan yang dekat dengan stor pukul 1:30pm tadi, aku nak habaq sikit. Aku tahu kau akan mengata aku & kata aku tak reti bersabar. Confirm kau dah mengata aku kan. Aku cabar kau check CCTV tengok berapa lama aku tunggu & terpaksa tukar lane sana sini sebelum aku cut org yang kau panggil tu.
