I'm very disappointed with the service at this Watsons outlet. The cashiers were extremely rude and unprofessional. They didn’t smile at all while serving customers and responded to questions with an attitude, as if they were annoyed. There were two of them – one wearing large glasses and the other without. Their behavior made me feel very uncomfortable, and I definitely won’t be coming back to this branch again. Such customer service is unacceptable.
