Najwa helped to inform me I have a voucher although it made the transaction longer but I was thankful she told me about it. However a new queue opened up and the people behind me could pay swiftly. Good teamwork

this Watsons branch is small and terrible. I could not find many things that I usually can find at other Watsons store, either out of stock, or the staff also cannot tell me where they are, so i simply gave up finding. Aisles were also narrow, I had to squeeze through everywhere. one male Malay staff cannot speak / understand simple words of English. it's like Greek.

We went there for a collection, but the staff’s attitude from the very beginning was rude and impatient. Instead of calmly explaining that the pickup was at another Watsons in the mall beside, the response felt dismissive and unprofessional. I’ve also noticed other reviews mentioning similar service issues, so this doesn’t seem like an isolated case. Very disappointing experience.

Yew Siew was very helpful and knowledgeable. She didnt pass me the basket for commission as I already have a basket but she was still very willing to help me find all items. Thank you! I hope your manager will recognize your kindness and sincerity

the staff is so lazy, i was IN RUSH and asked whether the item have in the store or not. i asked twice they said NO. i had to find the item myself and they do have the stock. arent yall customer service? why wont u do ur job properly.
