Open only at 11am even though it stated open at 10am. Very poor services.Management suppose really look onto thus matter. To me the service is very bad. Us this tge kind of Watson services throughout Malaysia?
Absolutely terrible experience. This guy is the cashier and also in charge of arranging stock in the shop. He has visible tattoos on his hands, and honestly his attitude is worse than anything else. Extremely rude, zero basic customer service. I asked him something, gave me that annoyed, pissed-off look. His face constantly looks like he’s the most tired person on earth and doesn’t want to be there at all. If you don’t want to serve customers, then don’t be a cashier. Simple as that.

Very rude cashier. Forcing people to buy pwp items and get angry when you don’t. Bad outlet.
