I honestly recommend Watsonia Optical to my friends and family all the time! Jeremy is a fantastic optometrist, truly kind, caring and neuroaffirming. All the staff are helpful, kind and patient! The selection of frames is expansive and affordable and this time round, I needed a pair that would help me with my photophobia (light sensitivity). I’m so happy with my new glasses from Watsonia Optical! I had a custom tint added to help with migraines, and it’s made such a big difference. The whole process was quick and easy, with a really fast turnaround time. Prices were great, and the team was incredibly friendly and helpful from start to finish. Couldn’t recommend them enough!
Excellent service from Jeremy, Optometrist, and his team. Really nice range of reasonably priced glasses and prescription sunglasses. Staff excellent at suggesting frames that suit. And I parked right outside shop.
I had a sudden concerning eye issue to be resolved asap before going away. Jeremy saw me the same day and ran all the necessary eye tests to explain what was happening with my eyes and ran through different scenarios and solutions for when I am travelling. Jeremy’s knowledge and care are the reasons our family have been long time clients of Watsonia Optical. The fun relaxed vibe is an added bonus.
