John and Naomi were amazing. They helped to create a bespoke ring to replace my stolen engagement ring. The love and care put into the ideas and final crafting are clear. It is a true artisanal piece of beauty. I am beyond grateful that John puts so much heart into everything he does.

John was an absolute pleasure to deal with. From the first phone call we felt like family. John was extremely efficient and amazing at communicating throughout the process. A huge thank you to John and Naomi for helping me reimagine what was possible in order to give new life to some old jewelry I had inherited. John's vision and outstanding craftsmanship transformed 3 rings into 2 pendants, a pair of earrings and a new ring. I am so pleased with the results! They also took care of repairing 2 other rings and appraising all of my precious pieces. John and Naomi are very friendly and helpful and I wouldn't hesitate to work with them again.
