I was completely unaware of how bad our crawlspace was until I had a HVAC guy come out over the summer to fix a couple ducts. Contemplating on what to do I had someone come out and do an estimate, blown away on the estimate but also how the crawlspace can effect the whole house I was really torn on what to actually do. I hired Watson’s Water Proofing months back to control water drainage and to install buried down spouts. Watson came out and told me they would install French drains buried 12-18 inches deep, surrounded by drain fabric and gravel. They called this “burrito wrapped”, and told me they would be connected to a couple dry wells they would buried 6ft deep, or deeper.
