I emailed them with all this detailed info and they basically told me too bad, this is our standard practice and we will not fix anything. Unprofessional. They broke 5 slabs before they finally brought a smaller one than we originally paid for. They are garbage.
Paid for countertops 1.5 years later we settled on a different piece cause they screwed up the first 5 slabs.
The owner is garbage. He has no problem taking your money and yelling at your wife. Then when you try and confront he tucks tail and hides.
