James was brilliant: he arrived promptly and diagnosed a roof aerial wrongly positioned. After re-angling it, he retuned both my TV and elderly recording box and checked all was fine.
Highly recommend this company, we lost the satellite signal to our TVs and everything pointed to an aged LNB unit, after speaking to Nigel he said he could pop over the same day, after confirming it was a faulty LNB, he replaced this and everything was up and running in 30 minutes and at a reasonable price, very professional and such a quick response.
