I asked for transmission lines be put in my truck then also look at the rear end that they did that was leaking still was supposed to be done on June 2nd instead they put a bolt in the rear end what I did not ask for them to do then when I did go to the office the office wanted to argue with me then would not give me a higher up manager than the office manager they totally refused unless she's the only manager in the office I don't know but instead of trying to fix the problem they want to point fingers at the customer terri... read more

I’m sorry no one had the tires I wanted and they couldn’t get them faster than fed ex. Frustrated ….sorry… I ordered tires and needed them simply mounted ASAP. Watsons told me they would have to get me at the end of next week past the 9th and since I’m bringing my own tires, “ well it’s not”.. and she stopped herself…(I imagine she was ready to say “well you didn’t buy the tires from us so…”) and they were “sorry [they] couldn’t help me couldn’t take 30 minutes to change my tires.
