Great staff, and service.
I am a new customer to the store and reached out first on the phone to see if they carried a product that a competitor doesn't carry as normal stock. They had lots on hand. When I drove behind the store to pick up the product, everyone was nice. Shout out to Brian R, who has helped me with two orders now. Won,t deal here again ,after 2 bathrooms and kitchen remodel at almost 100,000,Spent.when problem with shower leaking and staining new baseboard trim,to busy to repair ,just like a car dealership!
ordered a skylight with flashing kit to match. skylight was right but flashing kit is to small. they gave me a 1 800 number to call that went right to voicemail. its now been 5 business days or a full week no updates or plans to remedy problem all i wanted was what i paid for. you shouldnt sell products you wont stand behind. almost 200 dollars thrown right in the garbage. couldn't be more disapointed.
