ordered a skylight with flashing kit to match. skylight was right but flashing kit is to small. they gave me a 1 800 number to call that went right to voicemail. its now been 5 business days or a full week no updates or plans to remedy problem all i wanted was what i paid for. you shouldnt sell products you wont stand behind. almost 200 dollars thrown right in the garbage. couldn't be more disapointed.
The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. Went above and beyond to make sure everything was 110%.
Awesome friendly staff that will provide you with costumer service that you can't get from other competitors.
