Does not stand behind their product. Five or six years ago we got a new stone deck and our contractor used this company for the rails. They did a good job. One year ago a tree fell on our deck and smashed the rails so we hired them to replace them for us. Again they did a nice job. However, less than a year later one of our handrails was loose and they said we would have to pay them to come out and fix it. We had no such problems with the previous rails getting loose. I had three estimates for a new hand-rail for my side porch and Watson was the by far the lowest. They ran into a delay because their powder-coating sub was slow, but the result is, well, my wife said it best, "Be still my heart!" It's just beautiful, and it's in concrete at the top and the bottom, very firm. With the beautiful powder-coating it should last for a hundred years!
Very seldom do I leave a bad review for someone, especially when they have many good reviews but because I had an interaction with the manager who's attitude pretty much made me wanted to leave a review. I had reached out to them a couple of months back about the process to get handrails fabricated on a project we were doing. She was extremely helpful and friendly.
