I needed to repair a lateral sewage pipe that failed inspection. After some research, I found that it could be repaired with a CIPP resin liner vs a whole replacement and excavation. I called Watson & Sons and said that it failed inspection, what I needed and I was closing on my home within a week. I spoke with Gretchen who was very friendly, understanding and coordinated the whole repair and even the reinspection. Mike came out with the crew and everything was repaired within 1 day. Dwayne and John were absolutely great. Answered all our questions and very nice guys. I would recommend them.
I called and made an appointment. Was told I had to wait two weeks and they would be out. A week later was called and told they are canceling my appointment because of a commercial job came up and they wouldn't be able to get to me. Sorry my job was too small and you wouldn't made as much money. And thank you for wasting my time. Not happy.
