This place was amazing. We were traveling and had an emergency issue. He stopped what he was doing to help my husband and I get back on the road. Friendly service, they did a great job, and was easy to get to, just off the 22. Thanks guys great job!!
The Don Colvin review previously sounds similar to my experience. This repair service was a recommendation from my trusted mechanic friend - who acknowledged after the fact he'd heard whispers things have been going wrong with Watson lately. Watson ONLY responds with texts, does not go out of his way to make sure you are taken care of in any way, his diagnostic tests are ridiculously expensive - even when his diagnosis comes back with basically "not sure what's really wrong here". Horrible place spent 19k for a rebuild only to have the truck break down less than a month later tried contacting watsons to get it figured out they never answered the phone or called me back so I took it else where and spent over 6k replacing used parts and seals that were reinstalled even though I paid for all new to be installed I should have gone with a factory reman atleast they honor their warranty
This guy knows his stuff and does good work! Would 100% recommend!
