Zero review if possible. Like no kidding, no one there to answer lines and several days not returning messages left!?! They installed all for the builder in our community, with their number listed on the unit. However, no service for an urgent matter for their product leaking only after a few years. Worst company I’ve ever had to deal with in terms of customer service. Don’t even have an after hours emergency 24/7 line. My furnace had issues and house was freezing and can’t even get a hold of someone. Has the same repeating answering machine
Pick up the phone people. 2 days of calls with a furnace not working under warranty in the cold. This is ridiculous. Pick up the phone!!!! Any department! UPDATE: Day 3, paid someone else - they still haven't called back.

Am an employee at this place but my right tumb was almost completely Cutted off by another worker on the job.. l had surgery to build back tendons for movement long way to recovery. Incident from 29 june 2023 however l have not gotten any help from WSIB nor Workplace. My observation of all the Negatives towards me are not that of the real owners or investors.
