Does anyone know how to contact Heidi? I stopped in and inquired but Steve was unavailable and I was told they didn’t know where Heidi (longtime employee of 20+ years? went). She is excellent with color coordination of frame and matting. It is unfortunate she is no longer there. Previous experiences there with Steve and Heidi were outstanding.

When we moved to Charleston this past November, as I was unpacking, I found that 2 of my large Erte pictures had broken glass and such. I took my beloved pictures to Watson Framing and Michelle took care of my pictures. I dropped them off last week and she called this morning to let me know they were ready to come home. My 'Beauties' were gorgeous !! Theycare now handing and I absolutely love them. Michelle did a fabulous job!! Don't hesitate if you need a repair or if you need a new frame!!

Highly recommend this locally owned business. Friendly & the repair made to our very large framed art made the frame & hangers stronger & more sturdy than when we purchased it. The price for the repair was very reasonable for the work done.
