wont use them again but that was a while ago – If you dont mind them breaking your furniture and never getting back to you about reimbursement. i used them for my local move, about 3 yrs ago, they broke the legs on the china cabinet, and breakfast table top. Followed up several times never got back to me. maybe things have gotten better.

They are ok, but there are cheaper alternatives – I use grad student movers for small moves. Google them. They're only $60 per hour, but they only do smaller jobs. For big jobs I have used these guys for awhile and they have done a good job.

Great experience! – We are a charitable organization and needed to have some display items picked up and delivered to our thrift shop. The movers couldn't have been more professional and courteous. We will be very happy to use Watson again.

Excellent! – I have moved 4 times in the last 3 years and have tried all the other main stream movers in Houston and everytime I was let down. My luck in the past with companies is that they don't put the customer first, movers who make me feel guilty that they have to move my stuff, damaged furniture, you name it. Best Customer Service by far. – I have to admit my move was not optimal but Joe Alvarado, Watson's quality assurance specialist, contacted me after the move to discuss what went wrong and what went right. He talked to me about new processes put in place to prevent future mistakes and refunded a portion of my move to show Watson's appreciation and gratitude. Call for a Stress Free Move! – I called Watson Moving to help me move out of my apartment and they were nothing but accomodating and friendly from start to finish. I had a lot of questions throughout the process and the Watson team was very quick to answer and made sure that I was comfortable with the process. When it was time to move, the team was quick and careful. I am going to recommend Watson to everyone I know and will being using them again the next time I move. I cannot say enough good things!

If you need to move, this is the company to call!! – The team of movers they sent over the day I moved was fantastic! They came in, took charge, dismantled, wrapped, boxed and moved everything like nobody's business. My boyfriend was also very impressed that they took such great care at our new house (for which he was also the general contractor) - they didn't scratch the walls or chip any corners or anything that happens so often during a move. They even put down cardboard to make sure they didn't mess up the tile entryway.... read more
