Mr. Watson articulates well and has good communication skills. Unfortunately he is poor at responding and did not work very hard for his client. There was no itemizing of the usage of the retainer, so the client had no idea to what extend the retainer was utilized, or even what was really done. We don't know in any detail what we paid for, and in the end, the client did not get what he deserved, or what the attorney claimed would happen.
