They're friendly and trustworthy! It's great having local expert in jewelry. I'm a long time customer.
Had my engagement ring dropped off before the wedding which is this Sunday and never received a call and they only sent me a message. It's the week before my wedding and I have messages coming in from several different vendors, bridal and groom party, venue etc so relying on a single message to let me know my ring is ready monday the 19th and they're closed Friday. Very disappointed with the lack of communication.
Got an engagement ring and wedding band realized here, they do fantastic work. The employees are extremely friendly and helpful. The cost is very reasonable also.
Took my wedding ring to get fixed, cleaned and resized they did an amazing job! I definitely would recommend Watson Jewelers, wonderful staff and my ring was ready on time ♥️
