Immediately seen and greeted as I walked through the door. Was able quickly and carefully change my watch battery with the precision and care one expects from a jewelry store. And worth it for the price versus the frustration of trying to do it myself and potentially causing damage to my watch.

Had my engagement ring dropped off before the wedding which is this Sunday and never received a call and they only sent me a message. It's the week before my wedding and I have messages coming in from several different vendors, bridal and groom party, venue etc so relying on a single message to let me know my ring is ready monday the 19th and they're closed Friday. Very disappointed with the lack of communication.
