Very nice and friendly people, all wisdom teeth and one molar out. however was told script are provided like usual apparently just regular ibuprofen. I think because it’s the city and the drug problems are through the roof so there’s stigma around patients receiving anything other than Advil now.. Had to be awake all night in pain post op until I got into my own doctor for the real stuff next day Prescribed, advise, take real medicine wisely. Pre-appointment process was easy. Friendly front-desk staff who answer all your questions to the best of their knowledge. Dr. demonstrates emotional intelligence, and patience; thoroughly explains the why/how if you need a procedure — which really eases your anxiety. Overall it was a nice experience.

The most caring, gentle Specialists I've ever dealt with. He answered all my questions, gave me options and put my worries at ease and made for a pain-free, stress-free experience considering I h a ve always been terrified of dentists and surgeries and the 2 together was frightening. However, Dr. Watson ensured my health and safety at all times as did his staff who were also very kind, caring and friendly. Dr won’t do procedures in hospital, forcing cardiac arrest patient to be delivered to office by ambulance. When the dentist phoned family he did not explain what was going on, he was just concerned that we could pay the bill. When we the family showed up to the office, signage to get into the office is almost non existent. Elevator hardly has enough for ambulances stretcher.
