Would not recommend. Paid him upfront for materials. Kept telling me "ill be out there tomorrow". Took him 2 months to get our fence up after threat of small claims court. Rushed the install. Did not back fill some of the posts and did not take time to neatly fill a gap between the new and old fence. Just threw up 2 pieces of vinyl and screwed them together with what looks like wood screws. Did not even cut their length to match. Also, some panels are damaged.
