Family Experience Watson Family Dentistry is one of the most professional family oriented dental practices I am proud to say I am a part of. The staff and doctors are kind and thorough. My whole family uses Watson Family Dentistry.
Sandy Not very helpful in payment plans...overall would not recommend this office. Office hours vary so its difficult to communicate with staff. High fees for broken appointments, appointments they set without confirmation. Had work that was done incorrectly and had to be corrected at another office.
SIMPLY THE BEST I dare say I don't think anyone could find higher qualified dentists than Dr. Watson or Dr. Shanks. They are highly skilled, kind, caring, polite, AND very interested in each patient - our family has had several "emergencies" and we have been seen within the same day. If there are any problems with the well being of your mouth that this office does not handle they give top-notch excellent referral to the same kind of service. Family Oriented Practice--Absolute Best in Town! Watson Family Dentistry is in a class of its own! I was so excited to hear that Dr. Hope Watson was accepting new patients again when her new partner, Dr. Sarah Shanks came on board last summer. The new office is so beautiful and more important, you feel at home there. The staff are so eager to greet you when arrive for your appointment. Wait times are minimal upon arrival. A Dental Practice with Heart. Dr. Hope Watson, of Watson Family Dentistry is the most professional, caring and gentle dentist our family has ever been to. Dr Watson and her entire staff are wonderful with our three small boys. They explain everything before they do it and they make sure we are comfortable every step of the way. I went to them for an extreme toothache and really needed a root canal. But the dentist took care of it and my pain.
DR. HOPE WATSON IS THE BEST DENTIST EVER. I have never had such a thorough, insightful consultation as she gave. She answered every question and explained every aspect of my situation in easy to understand terms, and yet did not back down from higher medical concepts, dumb it down, or leave anything off the list. And I have never had a dentist deal with soft tissue concerns (like tonsil health or mouth cancer) before. Very refreshing.
If you choose this dentist because they are under the age of 30 and working in a new, plush, expensive office, BEWARE. Even though recent research by the American Dental Association indicates that the average patient over the age of 55 does NOT need extensive, costly, unhealthy, x-rays, Dr. Shanks was unnecessarily push about my need for a panoramic x-ray.
