They damage my brand new roof tiles and refused to repair it even after I showed them the pictures and the report that was prepared by professional building inspector before they started the work showing that there was nothing wrong with the roof tiles
Very unsatisfied with the poor quality we were left with getting new windows. The owner was pretty cocky but we figured we'd just give him a shot, and unfortunately it was a big mistake on our part. Really a rude person, as you can see from his uncouth replies to other unhappy customers. Would never recommend them.

Worst experience ever. EDIT TO REPLY: Yes, you do, or at least tried because the first thing you said when you met us was that you and your brother are trying to expand into Palm Springs because you want to retire here.... Honestly, cannot believe this guy is in business. VERY shoddy work on what should have been a super straightforward flooring installation. This guy Ken Watson really takes you for a ride and he talks a big game. Buyer Beware.
Awful experience with inferior craftsmanship. We ended up having the work completely redone by another contractor. It cost more but we could not live with the appearance of the terrible quality work.
