Doug Watson of Watson Carpentry And Remodeling refused to return my $8421 deposit after I had to cancel the contract for a bathroom renovation before any work was done because of health reasons. He is refusing because he said I have a breach of contract. I am a 75-year-old 100% service connected disabled Vietnam veteran.
