The place is a wonderful place, but the customer service that they have is very unprofessional! The one that takes appointments to show the place is very nice when you are looking at the place and will tell you everything you want to here, but once she has your money she is the complete opposite and will call you every name in the book and "accidentally" send you an email that says it!
