I was blown away by the customer service provided by Mac and Team! They gave me a great deal on the grill insert I wanted, then found all of the accessories I needed and gave me a good deal on these. They even found a driver to bring my grill 12.5 hour drive away at a very fair price, who was also a pleasure to deal with. I couldn't be happier with my experience w/ Watson Brothers, thanks for a great experience.
We highly recommend Watson Bros for all your patio and fireplace needs. We purchased all our patio furniture for new home almost 5 yrs ago and are still happy with it. When we recently needed fireplace service, I was glad to find they now offer that service. We now have a working indoor fireplace and a firepit reworked as it should have been done by the builder. Austin gets an A+ for knowledge, skills and personality. He's the best!
They hired a shady person (in my opinion) from one of the competing chimney companies. We asked Watson to perform two inspections on a property we were looking to buy. They only sent one report on one of the chimneys, though we paid for both. In that report they had wildly wrong information. (That is giving them the benefit of the doubt that the errors were done in error, versus fraudulently added). I love this place. The brothers are so friendly and I always see something I "need". If you are serious about your grilling you need to check them out. If you are just getting started grilling, they are there to help get you up to speed without wasting a bunch of food and time. Check them out.
